TARGET with Eureka! Venture SGR and NovaCapital in a €7 million investment round in BeNewtral

BeNewtral, an Italian start-up operating in the construction sector with a focus on the development of alternative binders to cement for sustainable building solutions, has successfully completed a €7 million investment round subscribed by CDP Venture Capital, Eureka! Venture SGR, NovaCapital, Tech4Planet, and a selected group of private industrial investors.

TARGET advised Eureka! Venture SGR and NovaCapital with a team led by our Partner Roberto Nigro and our Senior Associate Sara Aratari.

The transaction will enable BeNewtral to further strengthen its research and development activities, scale up its production capacity, and accelerate its commercial expansion. The funds will also be used for the establishment of a next-generation laboratory dedicated to the development of alternative binders and to the expansion of the company’s commercial network.
